Here is what our after-school schedule and staff schedules typically look like, but please note it is flexible to accommodate children's interests and needs. We strive to create a dynamic and engaging environment that adapts to the interests and needs of the children in our program.

Instructional Day Staff Schedule
Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
2:00 PM - 2:50 PM: Safety checks, clean up, and room setup
2:50 PM - 3:00 PM: Pick up children at schools
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Outdoor play supervision
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Indoor facilitation of activities
Non-Instructional Day Staff Schedule
8:45 AM - 5:30 PM
8:45 AM - 9:00 AM: Check-in
Arrive and prepare in the CARE Room
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Supervise Morning Snack & Activiteis
Ensure children wash their hands before and after eating
Monitor snack table
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM: Facilitate Activities
Engage children in activities
Ensure tidiness and a fun environment
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Supervise Outdoor Play
Ensure children are visible and safe
Return equipment and enforce safety rules
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Oversee Lunch
Ensure hand washing, seated eating, and clean-up
Prevent running on the steps
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Wrap-up Activities
Assist children in tidying up
Prepare for pick-up and end-of-day routines
